Anna Ziemnicka-Milej EN

Partner and Barrister at Gekko Taxens Law Firm. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.

She has experience in handling disputes in the field of administrative law, especially issues related to environmental protection, including the Act on the Recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles. Her interests also include proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights, in particular those regarding acts of unlawful interference with the property rights of legal persons. A few years ago, she coordinated a project involving the preparation and submission of several hundred complaints to the ECHR.

Anna started her professional career in 2011 in the Litigation Team dealing with court disputes, penal-fiscal proceedings and cases related to intellectual property law, in particular copyright.
