Grzegorz Kuderski EN

Grzegorz Kuderski is a qualified Polish barrister. He specialises in court disputes and advising in the fields of commercial law, construction law, criminal law and intellectual property law. He is experienced in representing clients in cases conducted within the framework of international and domestic arbitration proceedings. He acted in cases related to various commercial and shareholders’ disputes and numerous criminal proceedings related to white collar crimes. He also conducted cases related to the performance of long-term construction contracts and IP contracts.  In the past he cooperated for many years with international law firms based in Warsaw.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the College of Law of London in Great Britain. 

He speaks fluent English.
