We support our clients at every stage of tax, customs and fiscal inspection, as well as tax proceedings. We devise the most effective case management strategy, provide support with our knowledge and experience during and after the inspection, and help manage the related tax risks. We conduct proceedings regarding income taxes, VAT and excise duty, tax on civil law transactions, local taxes, as well as margins and prices determined in transactions between related entities. We represent our clients before administrative courts, including the Court of Justice of the European Union.
